These terms cover your use of DESIM — buying eSIM data plans, managing your balance, and installing the profiles we issue.

A plan's duration starts when the eSIM first connects and uses data, not when you buy it. Each cycle ends when its time runs out or its data allowance is used up, whichever happens first.

Your login key is the only way into your account. We don't store it and can't recover it, so keeping it safe is your responsibility.
